RICK BRENNAN is a retired corporate executive, leadership consultant, new author and podcaster whose lifelong battle with learning disabilities, anxiety, and neurodiverse conditions lends him a unique perspective. Following academic struggles in his early years, Rick began to uncover hidden skills emerging from within his so-called limitations that would ultimately shape his success. He spent 35 years occupying top executive positions in the Canadian healthcare and pharmacy industry, at one time responsible for up to $4 billion in annual sales across 2500 pharmacies. He is recognised as an outstanding leader, known for his out-of-the-box style, expert team building, and unorthodox demeanour. By the end of his corporate career, Rick had secured some of the highest employee engagement scores in the world. He was educated at James M Hill High school, Miramichi, N.B., Saint Thomas University, Fredericton, N.B., and Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec. He currently divides his time between Canada and Costa Rica
